Workplace Wellness and Financial Education Programs: 2022 Survey Report
Workplace wellness programs have grown to include benefits that address workers’ mental health, financial health, growth and purpose. Physical health-related offerings like flu shots and health risk assessments remain popular but the meaning of wellness initiatives has been expanding. The Foundation’s new study, Workplace Wellness and Financial Education Programs: 2022 Survey Results, reveals details about these initiatives as well as organizational status and approach, communication methods, incentives and the use of data/metric and outcomes. Additionally, the 2022 survey added financial education under the umbrella of workplace wellness for the first-time, combining data on both categories of initiatives in one survey, collecting responses from both the U.S. and Canada.
