Jeffrey Baldwin B.B.A. (Hons.), CEBS, CPA, CA
Jeffrey C. Baldwin joined the BPA Financial Group in 1999 as chief financial officer and is currently senior vice president and principal at BPA. He has over 25 years of experience working with multi-employer trust funds from an administrative and financial perspective. Baldwin is responsible for providing benefit plan administration and consulting services to a number of multi-employer trust funds. In 2018, he earned his Certified Employee Benefit Specialist® (CEBS®) designation from the International Foundation and Dalhousie University. Baldwin became a chartered accountant (CA) in 1993 and was granted the CPA designation in 2012. Prior to joining BPA, he worked for two prominent accounting firms, where he audited multi-employer benefit and pension trust funds. Baldwin is actively involved with the International
Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans, having spoken regularly at the Annual Employee Benefits Conference and the Institute for Apprenticeship, Training and Education Programs as well as having delivered both the Foundations of Trust Management Standards (FTMS®) and the Advanced Trust Management Standards (ATMS™) programs. He is a current member of the International Foundation Canadian Board and a former member of the Apprenticeship, Training and Education Committee.
