Andrew Johnson

Andrew (Andy) Johnson is the fund administrator of the Teamster Center Services (TCS) Fund, a Taft-Hartley trust fund located in New York City, New York. The Teamster Center Services Fund provides employee assistance, behavioral health management and a variety of other services to 20 Teamster unions in the metro New York area. The TCS Fund presently serves 18 Teamster benefit funds and the 29,000 Teamster families covered by those plans. Andy currently serves on the Mental Health and Addictions Expert Panel for the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans (IFEBP). He is a past member of the IFEBP’s Health Care Management Committee and served on the We Care Advisory Group of the Blue Cross Blue Shield Association. Andy holds a Master of Arts degree from Columbia University and a bachelor of arts degree from the State University of New York at Oswego.
