Damian Lipani PMP

Damian Lipani is health client leader in the large market benefits human resources outsourcing segment of Alight Solutions. He is the primary point of accountability for a portfolio of health and welfare, pension and 401(k) outsourcing administration clients. Prior to this role, Lipani held a variety of roles at Aon Hewitt, including project manager, operations manager, benefits implementation manager and benefits services manager. He has B.S. degrees in finance and marketing from the University of Virginia as well as formal certification as a project management professional (PMP). Lipani has lived, studied and worked in the United States as well as Florence, Italy; New Delhi, India; and Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
