Elena Lynett J.D.

Elena Lynett is a senior vice president in the National Health Compliance Practice Group based in Segal’s Washington, DC office and has 20 years of experience in health care regulation and compliance. Before joining Segal, she worked for the US Department of Labor, Employee Benefits Security Administration. Lynett serves as a Committee Co-Chair for the American Bar Association, Employee Benefits Sub-Committee. She was a 2022 recipient of the Employee Benefits News Excellence in Benefits award.
