Marg Romanow R.N., CEBS, MTMS, ICD.D, Q.Arb, Q.Med
Marg Romanow worked as a labour and benefits officer for over 30 years. She assisted nurses with long-term disability appeals and other related pension and benefit issues. Romanow has served on a number of pension and benefit boards and committees. She is a registered nurse and has obtained the designation of Certified Employee Benefit Specialist®
(CEBS®) through the International Foundation of Employee Benefit Plans. Romanow has completed the Foundations of Trust Management Standards (FTMS®) and Advanced Trust Management Standards (ATMS™) programs and earned her Master of Trust Management Standards (MTMS) credential. She has completed the Institute of Corporate Directors Education Program to earn the ICD.D designation and completed the Osgoode Pension Law Certificate. Romanow is
a mediator and arbitrator addressing resolution of conflict in personal and workplace matters. She continues to serve on two jointly sponsored trusteed pension boards. Romanow is the International Foundation’s Canadian Board secretary and a member of the Canadian Strategic and Program Planning Committee.
