Jason Russell EA, FSA, MAAA

Jason L. Russell is a senior vice president and actuary with Segal in Washington, D.C. and serves as Segal’s east region retirement practice leader. He works with multiemployer pension plans across the country and in various industries, assisting trustees in developing strategies for sustainability as well as in restructuring financially distressed plans. Russell currently serves on the board of directors of the American Academy of Actuaries and previously served as chairperson of the Academy’s Multiemployer Plans Committee. He is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries, an Enrolled Actuary and a Member of the American Academy of Actuaries. Russell is a graduate of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
