Paytient ensures employees can more easily and equitably access and afford care without experiencing financial harm. Here’s how it works— Employees are invited to access a Paytient Visa card with a line of credit that can be used to pay for care in approved spending categories. Employers determine the credit allowance, max repayment terms, and spending categories, typically $500 to $3,000 to be repaid over a max of 12-36 months. After each transaction, employees set a repayment plan that works for them.
