Change happens every day. The need to react immediately has been heightened by the COVID-19 pandemic. Organizations must be proactive in their approach to change management. This workshop will help you learn about the process of change management, create new ideas, verify whether those ideas will work, get traction to move forward and determine solution effectiveness. Day 1 will be focused on the concept of change and how to create new ideas quickly and effectively. Day 2 will focus on communicating the ideas of change to others in your organization, understanding the PDSA model and how to check the effectiveness of your solutions.
