A 2022 survey found many people are struggling to find purpose in their everyday lives and want to contribute more to society. Research shows having a sense of purpose is linked to a longer, healthier life and can make even the most mundane moments more meaningful. It is natural and expected that one’s sense of purpose shifts and changes over time, so it is important to revisit and refine it during times of transition and change.
This interactive session discusses the role of purpose in holistic well-being and guides participants through a series of exercises to identify their purpose. It also shares a process that can be used every day to support more purposeful living.
