Internships are available for current college students at the 2024 Art and Science of Health Promotion Conference.

At the conference, interns will work approximately 12 hours over the course of the three days at a variety of duties, such as assisting speakers, overseeing special activities or supporting the exhibitors. Interns will have access to all conference program events, as their individual schedules will allow. They will have the option of working at the Core Conference (April 10 - 12), the Intensive Training Seminars (April 9 & 10) or both.

Each intern will receive a complimentary registration to the Core Conference if they work at the core conference and to the Intensive Training Seminars if they work at the Intensive Training Seminars.  Interns are responsible for all expenses they incur in conjunction with the conference, including transportation and lodging.  We have negotiated a special discount hotel rate for interns $114/night plus tax and fees.
Student Room rate: $114.50/night (may have up to 4 students share a room)
    Taxes: 11% room tax + 3% destination fee = $12.60 + $3.44 = $16.04
    Total: $130.54/night (subject to change)
