Trilogy specializes in the performance of claim audits and operational reviews for self-administered labor funds or their third-party administrators. A Trilogy claims administration performance review will: 1) assess the accuracy of claim processing, 2) ensure claims are only paid for covered members and covered services, 3) evaluate claim cost controls, 4) determine compliance with ACA and CAA regulations, 5) identify opportunities for improvement, and 6) provide Fund Trustees with a basis for evaluating the quality of claim administration performance. Trilogy also publishes The Trilogy Claims Administrative Handbook - a “must have” publication for any claim administration operation.
