Group Benefits Associate—GBA
The Group Benefits Associate (GBA) designation is valuable education for those working with health and other group benefits. The courses deliver up-to-date and relevant information that provides participants with the knowledge and skills needed to understand, strategically manage and meet the challenges of the group benefits environment.
Completion of the following three courses and passing the corresponding exams are required to earn the GBA designation.
Complete These CEBS Courses:
GBA 1—Directing Benefits Programs Part 1
GBA 2—Directing Benefits Programs Part 2
GBA/RPA 3—Strategic Benefits Management
If you’re working on the CEBS designation, all three of these courses apply toward the CEBS five-course requirement.
