Position Overview

You’ll be responsible for identifying and capitalizing on company-aligned revenue generating activities and sharing market insight and client needs. Essentially, this is a strategic sales role with a focus on TPA partnerships.

How You’ll Contribute

  • Develop and execute individual sales and service plans targeting Third Party Administrators (TPAs) as strategic partners that support quota attainment and corporate sales goals; proactively track progress and adapt approach to ensure quotas are met.
  • Identify and target prospective strategic partners and clients within existing relationships; effectively secure and onboard new clients by clearly communicating our service offerings and our vision.
  • Manage the contracting, intake, and hand-off to account managers of new business and all related documentation and processes using established systems.
  • Identify and close opportunities to round out existing accounts with additional product lines.
  • Communicate effectively with team regarding all client issues, communications, and potential problems in a manner that supports high retention rates.
  • Utilize marketing collateral and professional network to increase Renalogic’s visibility and strengthen our brand equity; proactively track, measure, and refine approach to support a high return on time invested.
  • Provide education to clients, stakeholders, and industry partners on renal industry advancements and Renalogic’s differentiation in the marketplace.
  • Work in conjunction with leadership to monitor, evaluate, and communicate industry trends; use this information to appropriately direct tactical and strategic activities.
  • Establish and maintain strong professional relationships with industry leaders and experts; utilize these individuals to identify and capitalize on potential growth opportunities.
  • Identify potential areas of growth; work collaboratively to address these areas of growth and measure impact from a cost savings and client service standpoint.
  • Represent Renalogic in industry presentations, webinars, board positions, trade shows, and conventions.

What You’ll Need to Have

  • Must have at least five years’ experience in a sales or business development role focused on the self-insured health plan market.
  • Must have significant experience and proven results selling directly to or conducting business with TPAs.
  • Must have at least a B.A. / B.S. in a related field.
  • Ability and willingness to travel multiple times a year, which will include overnight stays for corporate gatherings, conferences, and health fairs.
  • Ability to attend and professionally engage in in-person and video meetings.
  • Strong technological skills, meaning you can effectively and efficiently use computers, peripheral equipment, and applications/systems, including Microsoft products.
  • Autonomous self-starter who is comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Creative mindset and ability to appropriately challenge the status quo.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to overcome obstacles with a ‘yes if...’ approach.
  • Ability to effectively balance competing deadlines without losing focus on the bigger picture.
  • Reliable internet and power with a designated area to conduct work with minimal interruptions.
